It's official...Anjali is coming to the USA!
Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 04:18AM Hi everyone!!! Anjali and I here with some good news to report. We just got back from the U.S. Embassy where we passed our interview and got a visa to go to the USA! So it's official, Anjali is speaking at the Do Lectures and I finally get to bring one of my children to my other home with me. This is a dream come true! We can't wait.

For those of you who are asking, The Do Lectures is a small intimate event and all tickets are sold out but all the talks will be filmed. I promise as soon as her talk is up online I will share it here and on Facebook and what not. Anjali has a wonderful story and message. I'm so proud of her for being so brave and wanting to share it (in her second language and all) I think I'm more nervous than she is!
Also, we definitely want to arrange some sort of event where we get to meet you all, especially while we're out on the West Coast. I'll work on putting something together and share here as we firm up our plans.

INCREDIBLE! I just did a little celebratory dance in my seat - this news is amazing. As usual, I am in awe of all that you do with such love and determination. You girls are the coolest. I sure hope to hear + share this talk.

Sylvia, good question! Anjali is going because out of my 5 oldest girls, 2 have a big national exam to take and prepare for. Another got chosen for a select futbal team and has a match and my other doesn't like public speaking! Hopefully all of them will get travel opportunities in the future as they get older.
I am soooo excited to see you both in California. Way to go Anjali!
